I suspect there are fewer.signs in Morocco. So far as I know, there is no upper limit for cruise control.
I think the OP is asking whether the Prius has a speed limit warning that will sound a tone when you exceed some user-selectable speed. BMW has this feature, but I'm pretty sure Prius does not.
And, I think he wants to know what is the maximum speed before he might do damage to his engine................

Surprised to hear that ANY vehicle has this feature. You'd think manufacturers would avoid it simply as a safety issue. As you really never know when you might NEED sudden speed. No, as far as I know Cruise Control....on a Prius is "cruise" control...that is setting a fixed "cruising" speed. One in which you have the instantaneous option to exceed or slow down from.
of sure not any vehicule has this feature but Prius has many hight options and this one is missing and i dont know why realy because is very usefull
Think "Church Van", you don't know who may be driving it, but you want to have some control over how they drive it. Max Speed Limit +1 will look good as a limit.
Max speed limit isnt like a limit because when you just press gas or brake pedal you lose determination and you have to set it again,
