Even my 1994 Honda Civic VX, the rare model with 55 mpg highway epa rating, with a 5 speed manual could not even compete, and this car only weighed about 2100 lbs or so.

Okay. so still on my first refueled tank and wanted to share results so far. Primarily, it will take some time before i have another refuel :)

Ok. As I said the computer told me my refuel range would be 828 miles (approx 72mpg).
At 250 miles travelled (mostly highway, started using Power Mode as well) - I was at 3/4 tank and computer showing 63.x mpg

    If 250 miles only used up 1/4 tank - that's a theoretical 1000 mile tank (87.7mpg?)

Much more to come once i refuel a couple times. But looking very encouraging. But beyond the numbers - this thing really is fun to drive. Not sports car level, but not shabby either.

No. You are reading more precision / accuracy into the gauge than it is intended to provide. Stick with displayed tank average MPG instead.

Got my first 700 mile tank. Ran it all the way down, about 40 miles past the - - - that came out for range. I drive fairly quick but once I saw that I was close, had to go for broke. Took 10.9 gallons till the pump stopped. That means it only had .4 Gallons left till empty.

A bit of a risk - I'll keep filling before ΒΌ empty. I don't have inclination to wait for a tow-truck if I run out. Or, the mechanic'$ charge if it doe$ cau$e damage.
