Going in I didn't think there would be much difference from the third generation. It's a lot different to me. It's much quieter. I always thought the third generation was loud but I could deal with it. It was a typical test drive but it handled the terrible roads around the dealership better than my Prius. Less bumpy. And it felt like it had more oomph than the third generation. I also like that there is much more headroom. I don't feel as confined. The only thing I'm not sold on is the cigarette lighter outlet position and the white basin. Admittadley it doesn't look as bad in person. Looks kind of nice. I might just shed a tear when I let go of my durable and trusty Gen2. He's been a good buddy for 12 years. Probably going to be a short-lived mourning because yeah, I really loved the heck out of driving that Gen4.
