The rear emblem, did you just remove it and take out the background? Does it just pop off?

 

The emblems do come off yes but there are holes but I didn't do anything with them only time I took them off was to detail for a show. But as far as lights on I'll post one tomorrow when the clear coat fully cures so it's nice and clear.

 

Nice job on the tails. If you have a buffer rub some polishing compound on them and they will shine up nicley.

 

I need to know more about these wheels.

I've been hoping the parking gods would allow this photo since I moved in here.

I haven't done nearly as much as some of you but it's still easy to forgot what stock looks like. Nearly six months ago my car looked exactly like that. And I know in 2016 I'm gunna go at it hard.
The Midwest doesn't dig the Prius like the SoCal scene does. But we can make them.

I'd still love to hear about it. Do a DIY thread on the topic. At least let us know what you learned from the experience (pitfalls, details of stuff needed, etc.). The sole reason I've not searched for Prius Four seats for my Prius Two is that I didn't want to spend the $$$ and find out it was not going to work or cost a lot more than just the seats (my dad did this move with an older Toyota Camry with no hassles other than swapping the seat out).

In other news; this arrived just before I left for work.

 

Let me know how the install for the pumpkin goes. I am on the fence in getting one due to the fact that my tablet syncs up so well with the stock radio. I even figured out a way for the tablet folder to fit in the CD slot. But having the radio with full options is really the way to go.

 

Think I could just rub some by hand? My polisher recently broke lol.

Picked up some new items this morning and FINALLY installed my shark fin (correctly vs the reverse mod stunt saulbassfan and I pulled last month). Also, made my way to Pep Boys to pick up a 2nd can of Smoke PlastiDip so I can FINALLY tackle the driver side lower trim w/ the Hybrid logo (to match what I did last month to the passenger side).

While there, grabbed some Rain-X to go with the new WeatherTech items for the rainy season and also swang by the Stealership to pick up a headrest pillow for my long drive to Napa Valley later today.

I installed my clazzios last week and I was wondering what people like to clean them with. I bought a can of the meguiars rich leather wipes but I want to make sure this product won't damage my new seat covers before I use it.
