Purchased this vehicle brand new ~2 months ago (for my mother). Unfortunately, she can no longer drive it... My loss is your gain. Vehicle is in 'like new' condition (i.e. 99.9 out of 100). 1,750 miles on the odometer. No aesthetic flaws. No accidents. Asking $19,000 (OBO). NOTE: I will update this post later today with pictures.
The problem you have is that new one's are selling for between 18 and 19k, sorry but it looks like you will have to eat the sales tax and title charges you already paid, maybe you can pass it along to another family member, good luck.
Thank you for the comments @Munpot42 and @JC91006. Unfortunately, I have no use for another vehicle so, I'm happy to sell it for whatever the prevailing price happens to be right now.
Ahh, no I didn't... There was such little interest initially that I just forgot, but thanks for reminding me. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and update the first post.
Private sale will yield more profit most times but have you contacted the purchasing dealership to inquire what they would buy it back for? Worth a shot just to see at least. Good luck with sale.
Kelly suggests a private sale value of around $19k, so I can see why that's your ask. However, in another thread on this forum, a dealer is offering new 2015 P2 in Blizzard for $19,900. You're in a tough spot - trade in is only about $17k, which is what you might expect if you walked in to a dealer and asked them to buy it. Maybe. I would offer you $17k, but I feel like it would be rude.
I doubt it. It would be a good buy for me at $17k because I live in Nevada, which does not apply sales tax to private used-car sales. But I doubt the OP is even reading this thread any more.
