    Hi my vehicle has developed a problem with the hybrid system! The p0b60-123 is showing! Something to fo with battery h sensor voltage being low! Would realy appriviate help! Mileage on vehicle is 160000 miles. Thanks

    The DTC code for P0B60-123:

    P0B60-123
    Hybrid Battery Voltage Sensor "H" Circuit Low
    1. Battery smart unit
    2. HV battery assembly

    The H circuit would be for battery module pair 7, if I am interpreting the Repair Manual correctly. It says that the voltage is less than about 2.5V, or an open circuit. Normal voltage would be in the 15V range.

    Each battery module pair has a voltage sensing wire that goes to the Battery Smart Unit for monitoring voltage of module pairs and voltage difference between module pairs. Either you have a broken sensor wire or a defective Battery Smart Unit.

    If you are comfortable working around 220VDC you could open the HV battery case and verify the H sensing wire connection to the Battery Smart Unit and determine the problem.

    I have the same issue except a different sensor wire. How do I go about verifying the connection?
