carpool sticker for out of state used 2012 plug-in

    i'm buying a 2012 Prius plug-in from Utah and bringing it to CA, I'm wondering if I register it in CA, can I still get the CARPOOL sticker and what is the process? anyone did it?

    I did it and it didn't take very long
    It only cost me $8 at the time

    yes used cars qualify, they are good for 3 more years
