    Nice find.
The link goes straight to the download of the PDF. Is there a base page, preferably with other stuff?

Very interesting with tons of information that was new to me.
I guess we need to use a bit of caution reading it. (e.g. the 324.5kg Lithium battery on page 6)

So far, every major item I've wanted in my 2010 Prius appears to be in this one. Even so, I'll wait for the mid-model correction, 2018-2019, having been a Prius pioneer.

I won't really believe the models and options until they are posted on the Toyota USA web site.

I read this rather quickly--however, I did not find the following:
    1. Various trim packages
    2. Is there a USB power connection?
    3. Pricing, for the base and various trim packages?

Looks like many advancements in this model......but, I am also comparing to my 2008 - lol
Interesting the paint advancements are INLY in the two new colors.....

STILL trying to decide if like the body design or not--guess I will have to see one.

I mentioned it in Post 6.
It must be the weight of all the electrons.
    or
Perhaps a misplaced decimal point, 32.45kg sounds believable.
    or
    Just wrong

    The new uranium-LiON chemistry. Solves the self-discharge problem for about 100,000 years . . . <GRINS>

I just read the press release on the NSX. It's much longer than normal press releases (although MB ones tend to be long too) and it repeats itself like a high school student learning how to write an essay. I had to go back and re-read to make sure it was "new" information and it wasn't a misprint.

The alternative I keep picturing would be a low key British approach. That deferential, butler-like delivery. Pretty effective too. Pretty hard to sell those tail lights with that tone though, would quickly turn silly.

It's an excellent illustration why we can't read these promotional materials without a large grain of salt called "context".

They're only feeding us the upsides that are easy to explain, and presented in easy-to-digest superimposed comparisons. Downsides are conveniently omitted, or left as a spec blurb for the reader to pay it the intended 0.2 seconds of attention. Things more complicated than either are left undiscussed.

"Advanced acceleration sensation" (p.20) is the one thing that I'll tell you is a wack cheat for the showroom. A linear throttle-to-output response is a good thing that is enabled by electric motors. To program in an ICE-style cam-profile-switchover surge ("VTEC just kicked in, yo!") is just... stupid.

Would be nice if this feature comes to the United States. However this was available on at least the last generation Prius in Japan, so may be particular only to there. They specify using the 100 V Japanese standard, not our 120 V. Many of us would like to see it here as well, but I'm not holding my breath.
