Newbie Question

    I recently purchased a 05 Prius and there seems to be quite a bit of rattling coming from the rear hatch when I'm driving, I believe it from the spoiler...anyone have this issue & how did you remedy it?

    Is the spoiler loose when you try to wiggle it? If it is, you would need to tighten the bolts down, there are 4 of them holding the spoiler.

    If the spoiler is not loose, then you would have to do some digging around to find the source. The hv battery, 12v battery, spare tire, and a bunch of other things are back there that can cause noises.

    Yes spoiler is somewhat loose, are the four bolts visible once the inner covers are removed?

    yes once the inner liner is removed, you can see the bolts to tighten down.
