Hi All. Wanted to get your opinion on an image I photoshopped together. This is the current design with a revised front end. Let me know your thoughts.
The headlights look a bit droopy when paired with the Prius' wedge shaped body. It has the Corolla S' front end
Looks like a Prius with a [modified] Corolla front end. Looks nice and boring (but pleasant). Personally, I have liked the older designs of the Toyotas that recently were face-lifted. 2014 Yaris is better than 2015 Yaris 2014 Prius C is better than 2015 Prius C 2014 Prius V is better than 2015 Prius V I believe Toyota is attempting to make all new Toyotas and Lexuses look like Air Man from the Megaman video games: Not that I don't love my Prius, I absolutely do. I just wish Toyota would calm down on the grill size. I do like the 2012-2015 Prius LB better than the 2010-2011 that preceded it.
I think that looks good. But at a glance, it looks an awful lot like a Honda Insight to me. Regardless, I fully endorse being creative and bold with your modding and don't worry what anyone else thinks.
Photoshopping is not one of my usual things, but this has been fun. Thanks for the sweet idea @Wheezy . I hope some influential Toyota execs see this.
I not a big fan of the devil eared headlights....yuch...its not a game changer but I'm glad I got the gen 3 because gen4 is a total Wth happen to the front and rear...looks like the front is trying to hard to be different almost like a decepticon and the back was done to be a Autobot...too gimmicky...
agreed. I see no modding opportunities that seem worthwhile either. I enjoy baking headlights and I cant imagine the Gen 4 one fitting great. But then again, the Prius modding community is a very small percentage of the worldwide total who actually only buy it for the fuel economy. So in Toyota's eyes, it could be ok to single us out. edit: just realized your photoshop GSport was a 2 door! Im all up for that! The shipping cost of the front bumper would be a lot better too, so more GenIII modders have more affordable access to it but then again, you wouldnt be as unique >.<
That's right, a two door sport EV. I also lowered the roofline a bit. Kind of feels like an early CRX profile.
