I got my Prius v 2015 (lowercase v) last week and coming in from a Ford with MyFord Touch/Sync that is visually more appealing and modern, I was glad to find a tiny customization feature option in my new Toyota! The graphics and interface feels like I've switch Windows 95! I searched the threads here and didn't really find one that allows people to share the images they've created & customized for their car. First, the images for the 6.1" display requires 6.25" wide x 3.25" high (or 600px wide x 312px high at 72 dpi). The must be saved as .jpg or .jpeg with the under the following folders (case sensitive) on a USB key. StartupImage DisplayOffImage I've bought this car to reduce my carbon footprint so my inspiration for the startup image was simply the logo and some green lawn! As for my display off image, I wanted something darker that isn't too distracting while still keeping something on the screen. Here they are! What do you guys have? Thanks for sharing!

I am getting a Prius V used monday. I am in MTL south shore ... can't wait ! Will try it for sure ... Would you know any other hacks like this for the multimedia system ?
I'm on the South Shore as well (I got my v at Duval). So far, that's the extent of the customization I was able to find. The whole system is very basic and the fact that Canadians don't get Entunes makes it even more boring!
Instructions are in the Nav user manual - starting page 60. If you follow the steps, it should work properly!
I did the Startup image and Display off, the startup works but the display off-nothing! The set up procedure is successful, but when I push the off button, just screen off like you turn off tv, no any image show
