I have a used 2005 Prius with 110,000 miles on it. I have an extra key fob that stopped working and I cannot fine the new fob and key that cost me in the mid 300s from the local dealer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    and find the lost fob.

Or be prepared to spend another $300 for a replacement.

look closely under the seats with a flashlight, between the cushion and the center console, near the seat track. that's where they always end up when you cannot find them. and check your 12 volt health if it's not the fob battery.
