The Enginer charger is killing the battery pack!

I'm having the same problems and need at least 3 cells.

 

Greg, I had a very similar experience to yours -- paid through my nose to replace a cell (after just a year), had it die soon afterwards. I'm not throwing good money after bad. Got screwed on the warranty-that-shall-not-be-honored.

I took my kit out of the car (the trunk components anyway). In my case I think I have 2-3 bad cells in the upper cell pack (10, 13, 15). AFAIK, my lower 8 cells are still fine, though. If you can figure out a way to get them to you from Minnesota (I understand shipping is complicated for Li-ion) maybe we could work something out. I done with it.
