    Nevermind, just saw your install thread. Nice! I thought about glassing a box (not under the mat though) but decided too much work. Lol.

    My budget was also much less. Bet yours sounds sweet. Thanks for the pics, I took none while I did mine.

    It wasn't too expensive do the box.
    You need:
    2'×2' 3/4" MDF
    1'×2' 1" MDF
    1 GALLON RESIN
    CHOPPED mat

    I think it could be done for $120 and a days labor.

    What for sub is that?
    Its not a sub for low frequentie.

    I needed al the Space of the spare tire and its bareley enough for the sub.( Poorted)

    Where you have the sub is the cooler for battery, or not at priusC?

    There's nothing installed in that space other than foam and the tire jack. Plenty of room for a 10" shallow mount sub while leaving the spare.

    The 10tw3 is very clear and hits hard. My crossover is set at 50hz and the sub handles everything below that easily.

    JL Audio has the full specs on their site.
