I am having problem with my 2005 prius car, not starting and reading Dtc: P0a0d .Though I bought it from auction. knowing it wasn't starting and when dignose it at first, it was showing B2799 immobilizer but the code was later clear by my mechanic and now showing P0A0D. high voltage input or so But Now i have changed the Ecu and got new 12V battery and still not start but the code error(P0a0d)is gone and now its P0AA4. Please anyone with what might be wrong again.

There is a lethal amount of electricity in the big battery.

Watch at least the first 6 minutes, then from 18 minutes on. Once inside there is no safety protection but high voltage gloves.

Trouble code : Hybrid negative terminal stuck open.
    1) you didn't pull service fuse all way down or it have a opening(fuse is blown)
    2) your negative battery conductor is bad or switching circuit is open. You can swich positive and negative and take a look on Troble codes again. Cleaning conductor switching surface may help as well. Need to find good trobleshooter. Mechanic guys rare can troubleshoot good.
