Apparently only in Santa Clara County, there are local roads which have HOV lanes that were found not be covered by the original Assembly Bill AB 2628. Assemblymember Lieber has introduced AB 1879 to close this gap. The Transportation Committee is having a hearing on it Monday 4/24.
