Hey guys. My wife and I bought a 2006 Prius about a year ago (we're the second owners). It has leather, backup cam, upgraded screen?, homelink, proximity key (key can be in pocket to unlock doors & start the car). I'm not quite sure what package we have, as we don't have navigation. Some sort of à la carte options put together by the original owner? I was just curious. Thanks!
Going from the 2006 brochure on toyotareference.com: The leather surfaces were likely a port or other add-on, since from the factory, leather was packaged with navigation in #8. Since you have Homelink but no navigation, it's a #5 or #6 with leather added at some point. #6 has foglights in the lower valence and HID headlamps. #5 has conventional headlamps and no fogs. Edited by Tideland Prius on June 2017: Toyota Reference is now ImportArchive. See below ImportArchive / Toyota Model Lineup
We don't have HID or fogs (although I'm looking to install an HID kit: Xenon Supply, Morimoto, or Xenon Depot - Best HID Kit Option?).... so it looks like a 2006 Package #5 with the added factor leather option. Thanks, guys!
