    Hi everyone!

Just picked up my first Prius, used. 2010.

I've always been a Mazda guy so making the switch to Toyota was sort of a life-changing moment for me. In many ways, I was a bit sad, purchasing my first Yota. However, I needed something a bit more economical than the ol' 4-bangers.

So far, I'm impressed! Great car with some decent acceleration. In any case, I'm here to look for new ways to modify the car. Not sure what sort of motor modifications there are. I'm so new to hybrids. First things, first: coilovers and structural bracing.

Anyhow, I'm looking forward to joining your community.

Haha thanks. I'm quite used to it. I used my collection of Mazdas as an excuse to burn money. I figured the lady's got her purses, I got my cars. Pretty fair.

What's modifiable with the motor? Like are there tunes out? Breathing modifications like intakes, headers, exhaust, etc? Has anybody done a motor swap? I guess I could just search around. Too lazy haha.

    Congrats and welcome!

Sorry to say though, you got the wrong car if you enjoy engine mods.

Well that's ok. That's why I have my collection of Mazdas to tinker with. Haha and she told me to sell em off. Hah fat chance.

But yeah there's actually a lot of products coming out for the Prius and lucky for me, I know a lot of those companies, personally. So I either get test-products to test and keep or I get discounts on their stuff. Like strut bars, coilovers, hood/trunk dampers, etc etc.
