Paul- We really do not have much. Greentec is new in town seems to be popular lately, in MD just south of DC I think Hillmuth in MD was on the original certified hybrid shop list, closer to B'more I think. On the way to Richmond you got MACs in Ashland VA Check this out: Find A Shop - Hybrid/EV Repair & Service Shop LocatorHybrid/EV Repair & Service Shop Locator That's a cool site - never saw it - are you on there Paul? It seems to show what I said: zero hybrid shops in my area and Hillmuth. MD and MACs are on there
Here is another place (Curry's) that people have mentioned but not much actual work done on PriusChat member cars so far (various locations closer to DC) Hybrid Car Repair & Batteries – Gainesville, VA
I know it has been said before, but I'm amazed there aren't more with the number of hybrids in the area. In regards to the last one, I had used Currys with my previous car with less than stellar results. Just my experience and only one location I guess.
...I do not know it's hard for any business to break into NoVA. I do not know if its high cost or political structure or both Why it's unsual is of course Va. HOV regs and prior local tax breaks have made NoVA a hybrid mecca.
