Sounds good given you trust the situation, but what do you know about the previous owner(s)? I am also looking for a used Prius, but use the maintenance history and dialogue with the seller as the primary factors in pulling the trigger!
You are right. It didn't have a rearview camera thats why i put basic. Is 60k alot for a 2013 Prius? From personal experience, I don't know much about Prius realizability and performance and this is the first time buying it.
Try kbb com or nada com for values in your area.. Personally I value all that comes with the III and find a backup camera something I'm used to not having and looking at when backup up.. You're in the right place! Scour the forums and you'll find everything you need to know about your possible future purchase. 60k is high for a 2013 but it means that it hasn't sat around either!
Yes 60k seems alot for a 2013 model. I'd assume its mostly highway milage because it would be too much driving if it wasn't
probably 3 years at 20k/year. sounds like a good price. make sure it's had all of it's 5k services, and no accidents. all the best!
If I remember correctly when I had my 2013 three liftback it had a backup camera? Only the 2015's and forward have backup cams as standard on all Prius models. FYI. Are you sure it is not a two? A three has 3 door sks and gps, Entune..
Yeah, that's a great deal. I just got my first Prius a couple of months ago. Also a 2013 But it's a Two, not II, not a Three. I picked up mine with exactly the same mileage, very clean. and I got mine for $11,900. And as with any used vehicle, take it to either the dealer or a reputable shop the does work on hybrids . Haven't checked out from front to back, top to bottom. I did that on mine and after I got a clean bill of health I went ahead and got it. Not a problem at all and runs and drives like new. And yes, mine was a fleet vehicle. So about twice the average on mileage but it was meticulously maintained so I'm not worried a bit about the mileage.
