The biggest issue I have with leases is that its just a rental and its money spent down the drain. I bought my Jeep in 2010 for 19k, and just sold it 5.5 years later for 17k. That comes out to about $400 a year. I wont get that with a lease. You don't like black? I think black and silver are the best colors for the Prius. Red is for a sports car, the white is very effeminate, and the other colors are forgettable.
Black is absolutely, positively, without a doubt THE BEST looking car paint, bar none.........for about 2 weeks. Then? Unless you dedicate you life and fortune to keeping it clean, it looks like a bag of a$$. There's also the fact that any minute imperfection is glaringly visible, and if you live anywhere south of the Arctic Circle your car interior is going to be about as cool and inviting as the surface of the sun if you park outside for longer than 5 minutes. Black is sexy, no bout a doubt it but most adults have better things to do than detail their cars 2-3 times a week. I've always liked the Blizzard White Pearl in Priuses. Effeminate? I've heard people say that Priuses are Effeminate. I heard the same thing when I drove a Miata. If I worried about crap like that I'd be driving a 4x4 dually with truck nutz.
Blizzard pearl is my #1 choice for the Prius, followed by the silver... They both look awesome tinted out.
