Hi new friends, got a Prius C One for my birthday and just wanted to show everyone. I only have one picture for now. First few mods/additions I'm planning on doing is a rear bumper guard(I play drums and gig frequently, so I need it for loading/unloading my drums into the car,) seat covers, floor mats, and some new wheels. I'm looking at: Avid.1 AV-08 15x6.5 Flat Black 4x100 -or- Drag DR31 15x6.5 I saw SSG S' post in the 'After Market Rims' post. However if anyone has any suggestions, feel free. (I'm looking to stay in the 15" range and avoid any TPM issues, stay around 18 lbs and below, as well as keep my stock tires as they are brand new.) Anyway, going to do more research, as I know nothing about cars, let alone hybrids/Prius C's.
Thank you! I used to drive a black Jetta, and after that a black Yaris Sedan. I'm looking to get some black wheels and black seat covers, and dark tint for the black on black/all black everything look.
My previous vehicle was black. ( Honda Fit ) Many years before that I owned small pick up that was also black. Black is a polarizing color choice, seems people are either IN the Black Camp OR not. I've always liked the color, Don't ask me how I ended up driving Sea Glass Pearl this time around....
I love black cars as long as someone else owns them and cleans them. I don't have the time to keep a black car shiny. XT1060 ?
Gone black once, 2007 Subaru Forester Sport, med tint all the way around, it was a hot looking car. But I would never own another black car, it was a pain in the !@# to maintain.
Your MPGs are amazing. Also can you give me more info on your rims? rim/tire size, weight of the rim, and brand? They look awesome. Oh one more thing, I'm looking to get my car tinted. Where did you go for yours, how much did it cost, what tint level/percentage did you go with, is it 3m or ceramic, also did you tint your windshield? Sorry for all the questions
I just used a coupon and went to my local guy, limo tint on the 3 rear and an 8 inch band across the windshield , I think I paid $100.00 .. TireRack.com is best source on wheels. My local shops could not touch to price.
Welcome to the Prius C club!! I got my wheel from tire rack and did reuse my stock tires to save $$$.Turned out great!!!Good luck!!
