Creative Way to Improve Mileage

    There have been a few times I've noticed lights changing for no reason. I don't know if this is everywhere, but when the Emergency Override is engaged, there's a brigth white light that lets everyone know that there's an emergency vehicle coming. So the warning light has come one, the signals change, and then everything returns to normal. With so many vehicles, it's impossible to know who's doing it.

    We have that system, too. Around here, it's known as Rad-O-Light. Emergency vehicles are equipped with a device that lets them change the traffic signals and a white blinking light comes on when the system is being utilized.

    Actually, I think that it was naterprius using an alias. He actually lives in Longmont.
