Gave up trying to complete the survey. I felt that it was too US oriented and does not fully relate to the international ownership situations.
My wife drives a company car, we neither own it nor lease it, for the purpose of this (poor) survey, I considered it leased. Honda Insight is a car, (The two generations are distinct, so perhaps it is two cars) Toyota Prius is a family of cars. (six distinct cars in the US and one japan only) I have no idea why I had to download a PDF just to get a URL. Perhaps my browser would have detected malware.
