Planning to install a Pioneer Appradio 4 in my 2009 Prius...

    Hello-

    I am planning to remove the factory radio and install an Appradio 4 in my 2009 Prius, here are the parts I am getting.

    Metra 70-8114

    Metra 95-8240B

    Metra 70-1761

    Metra ASWC-1

    Is there anything else I need or any tips before I start?

    use solder and shrink tubing on your wiring connections for a permanent trouble free install is the only advice I have. good luck!

    I installed an alpine ILX-007 and rear camera into our Honda Fit recently. There was too much noise for the camera to work properly until I soldered the connection.

    I had to learn to solder for that project, and I consider it time very, very well spent.

    hello, I have proposed the same thought, though my prius installed navi + IPA + bluetood and fear of losing the right to replace pad sound system controls steering wheel, someone might say if lost? greetings !!
