Pioneer AVIC-Z140BH in Prius C

Thanks, finally the Steering control worked I have to sliced the 2 wires (pink & blue) to tap into it. Last night I tried with the male crimp, but apparently that doesn't work(or may be I don't know how to crimp a wire properly ).
Well, the error message is still poping up. Please see some of the pictures for reference. Currently I temporary crimp the wire, to verify the system works first, later I might solder the wires.
Not sure if I need to connect the system remote control wire from the HU to anything?
The brown wire(mute) from metra harness to?
The blue wire-Metra 40-LX11? currently I connected it to the blue/power antenna of the metra 70-1761? is it correct?

 

Did you ever get this unit sorted out? Also any luck on the OEM Microphone? I just purchased a Pioneer AVIC-Z120BT (very similar to your unit) and could use all the info I can get to make this install go smoothly.
