Hey guys, I just bought a 2006 with Nav, 265,000 miles. It drives as good as my 08 with half the miles. I have the JBL radio, but it won't recognize Sirius. I press the mode button on the steering wheel and the amSat button on the radio, but I only get am or fm. It's the same radio in my 08, and Sirius has always worked in that one. Anything come to mind as a fix for this? Thanks!
Hi OK, I am a SIRIUS subscriber on my 08 Prius. I want to activate my 06, but I need radio to recognize Sirius first, and give me the radio ID number. Even if you are not a subscriber, the factory SAT radio will still go to the Sirius screen to their generic channel. For some reason, the radio won't switch over to Sirius from AM.
