2010 prius stalled/stuttered acceleration

    recently i have noticed some stuttered acceleration in my 2010 prius but it only seems to happen when the fuel tank is low. i've had 175000 worry free miles so this is the first issue i've had with the car (except the constantly burned out headlights)......this kind of thing used to be a 'water in the gas' issue but not sure if there is much of that anymore with the ethanol mixes. of course i'm hoping for fuel filter and not fuel pump......sharing any helpful hints or other experiences would be appreciated

    how low are we talking when this happens? When the last pip flashes?

    has only happened a couple of times recently so just figured out its when it was low.....havent watched to exact level. i would say the last pip but before it starts flashing.....i believe thats what it did last time. now i don't want to push it (let it get that low) for fear of having the pump fail????

    I would start filling up at 2 pips or more remaining

    So i lately have been experiencing such issue. Car has 142k miles.
    The car started this initially when there were 5 adults in the car. it did everytime when 5 or 4 adults in the car. but lately it has started doing it even when i am driving it by myself usually at acceleration of mid green bar in the right section.
    I have done this so far to the car.
    Changed spark plugs to genuine toyota
    changed PCV valve with genuine replacement
    Cleaned manifold of carbon
    change transmission fluid every 30k
    change engine oil mobil 1 0w20 every 10k

    issue is still there.
