I just noticed recently that the traffic display on my 2013 Prius V Navigation that relies on Bluetooth connection to my Note4 Samsung phone is having problem . It does not display the green , yellow, red traffic condition on the Navi map . If it comes out after an extended period of time , after you have push the Traffic button on Entune . But the display is only partial on the Southern California freeway map . Does anybody experience the same issues with me ? I am thinking that the Toyota server that is responsible for pushing the traffic data to display on the map is having some major issues right now . This problems came about 2 -3 weeks ago til now . Before , that I never have this problem
I'm having a similar problem for the last few weeks. Display Audio Nav unit, all other data services work fine (Bing, fuel prices, etc), traffic data all shows up on my phone in the Entune app when not plugged into the car's USB. Traffic just doesn't show up on the car's Nav screen for some reason. Contacted Toyota support, no luck yet.
So it's been over 2 months and I still don't have traffic on my navigation. Is this permanent now? Anyone else experiencing this???
How can you tell if you have traffic showing on the map? I see green lines and occasionally orange, though the orange doesn't appear very accurate if it is supposed to indicate slow traffic.. J
My green/red lines are not showing anymore. You can go through your navigation menu and turn off traffic info, see what the map looks like, then turn it back on and compare.
We have never used Entune (no Windows Phone app) but get traffic via Bluetooth network sharing connection. Displays as expected.
