If you try fixing it, you'll spend maybe $200 and it might not be perfect. If the color match is not right, it'll look like you repainted your bumper after a major accident.

you can get a pre-painted bumper on ebay for like $300, but it won't be a perfect match. other than that you got to ask for some estimates at a few body shops.

I couldnt tell if the paint was scratched but the toyota touch up for my 04 matched better than any I have ever seen. Tell your significant other that someone hit it in the parking lot, or that a building jumped out at you.

If it's a 'new' 10-year-old car, I'd wait a few months while you get used to it to prevent the possibility of painting the bumper only to have to re-paint it a few weeks later.
The Prius is a good car, but it has a lot of blind spots for a car with so much glass.

As excellently recommended above, a bumper ding on a 10-year-old car is best left unrepaired.
It's not really going to impact your fuel efficiency (get it? impact?):D

    Best of luck!
