Ok, if it is, I'm not sure by moving my Sirius lifetime subscription to it, they could keep that, combining the 2 accounts... To me, the lifetime subscription is more important than the 3 years of XM data service.
You may want to check David Pogue's column in the NY Times today: The Prius V and Its Entune System - NYTimes.com. He just bought a Prius V with Entune and encountered some of these issues. I took delivery of my 2012 PIP last Thursday and have also encountered some of the issues he discussed. If I plug in my iPhone 4S in the Plug-in (pun intended) and launch the Entune App I can use all of the Apps in the car. When I first got the PIP I didn't need to launch the Entune App to get on the internet Let's hope Toyota puts out a patch soon.
My NavTraffic on my PIP Advanced has not resumed working since the May 2nd-ish time when it stopped working. It was indeed working before. This contract you are referring to, where did you get it? From Sirius? It was mailed to you automatically without you doing anything other than buying the car? I have not received any contract in the e-mail from either Toyota, Entune, Sirus/XM, etc. and I've had my Advanced PIP for three weeks now.
I'm having this exact problem for the last few weeks. Display Audio Nav unit, all other data services work fine (Bing, fuel prices, etc), traffic data all shows up on my phone in the Entune app when not plugged into the car's USB. Traffic just doesn't show up on the car's Nav screen for some reason. Contacted Toyota support, no luck yet. Anyone else having this problem?
