This is the kit I bought based on everyone's suggestions: Toyota Prius 326-Lights Exact Fit LED Interior Light Package

I used this video for install instructions:

The only interior lights not included is for the glove box and footwells. I don't remember the part number, but it's an OEM Lexus part for each. I don't have the footwell lights so I only needed one. Ended up getting it directly from the dealer.

 

I just installed this interior LED kit from exLED Toyota Prius (for sunroof model) ('10~) (Map, Dome, Vanity, Trunk, Door, License Plate) custom interior light kit

This kit has one unique feature the brightness of the map and dome lights have a brightness level adjustment

 

still at Disney World! But forgot to post what I did before I left.

OEMs were put aside for sale (still are once I figured out the Craigslist scammer...long story).





and since I THOUGHT I had a potential seller and that they would pick it up while I was away, had to have the car sit on something, even though spacers haven't arrived. They will arrive by the time I get back from vacation though.

@Starbrand yea ive sold so much on Craigslist im pretty good and figuring out who all the scammers are! Long distance text messages that contain more than 1 message =scam. All there doing is dropping there default email into a text message. Messages like "im buying this for my husband while out at sea and send someone to pick it up if we can settle on a price" blah blah blah All the messages are set up to go with anything being sold such as "hello is the item(s) still available?" haha most of the time i respond back by saying why dont u just give me your credit number with the code on the back! Hahaha

If ya'll had a Blizzard Peal Prii Gen III, what color caliper covers would you get?

Red, Black or Matte Black?

Any Input is greatly appreciated.

 

I ask my cousin the mechanic regarding that. He say the idea is good but it protect from cooling the brake and caliper. I like the RED myself. He also heard that people don't screw it tight and when you drive it broke off and damage the rim because of rubbing. NOTE: I think you need 16" and above rim to have these on. Maybe G2 caliper paint cheaper if you want want to go that way. I had that on with the 19" rims from my logo

The screws loosening up is exactly the reason I changed my mind when I canceled my order for the red ones a few months ago. Hmm maybe I will stay away from the caliper covers and just paint them.

 

It's more of a satin colored plastidip

 

If installed correctly, you'll have no problems. Mine have been on for almost 3 years with no problems and they still look new...

 

What are you gonna do with those wheels when your G's come in?

 

They will go to the highest bidder.
