Last week I was driving along Roosevelt Avenue in the old Barbers Point NAS/Kalaeloa. I had just bought some pickled mango from a roadside vendor. Headed back to Ewa. I see what looks like a Summer Rain coming toward me headed Waianae direction. The driver (might have been a woman) gave me the shaka wave - I was so startled as this is the first time that another Prius C driver has actually waved at me. All I could do was smile like an idiot as we passed each other. A couple days later my friends and I were meeting for lunch. Friends got there before me and saw a Summer Rain in the lot. They later told me they were going over to make mischief to "your" car when they saw another SR parked nearby. While they stood there puzzled - I drove up. Three Summer Rain Prii in the Manoa Market Place parking lot at the same time. Funny thing is that there are several SRs in the valley but I only recognized one of the two in the lot. When I told another friend - he laughed and said our SRs are obviously reproducing.
