Just got my Clean Air Vehicle decals, and found a confusing array of info online regarding where I don't have to pay parking meters and where I do. I think the decals get me free parking at meters in L.A. City and Santa Monica, but not in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Does anyone know definitively if this is correct?
The city of LA stopped giving free parking before the old yellow stickers expired. I think that Santa Monica is the only city that does this now.
