2014 Prius Radio-CD-Bluetooth no sound.

    We own 2014 Prius 4 Stereo Bluetooth GPS system. No CD sound. No Bluetooth sound. No Radio sound.

    dead thread revival!
    what was the problem with it?
    my 2015 has the same problem, but with 45k miles it's out of warranty

    I just took my car in for repair today. They had to order a new radio. No Bluetooth music connection. Did you get your radio fixed?

    No. They did not fix my radio. They ordered another radio and said the new radio did the same thing. It did not connect to the bluetooth. They are now ordering some type of module for installation this Friday. I think it is a Toyota update problem. Toyota doesn't update their systems on a regular basis. I really don't think they know how to fix this problem. We have the latest Apple updates.

    Having the same issue with my 2015. Stopped working mid-drive. Assuming amp wires may have been pinched when I cleaned my trunk yesterday. Fuses look fine but I didn't check them all, anyone solve this already?
