Thought I'd pass on a good local resource; maybe others can use this thread for other localities.

I just got a genuine Toyota spare fob, programming, and key cutting in Minneapolis (St. Paul, actually) for $180. The fob came without the PIP "AC" button, but I don't think I have a use for that anyway.

Details: Apollo Locksmith, 1532 University Ave, St. Paul. Call 651-644-2176 and talk to Phil, who's the one that does the programming. He needed a deposit and 4-5 days to order the fob, then it took about an hour to have it ready.

Where'd you get reasonable programming done locally?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement key service in Maine (or northern New England)?
