Okay, I have a squeaky front end on my 2005. I have changed the front struts but it still squeaks when turning or when going over a bump. Any suggestions?
When you replaced the front struts, didn't anyone check for worn parts? It would be crazy to go back in there again, super labor intensive.
Let me rephrase this, I replaced the front strut assemblies, including the springs and all... What other parts could be worn out after that? I am doing my own servicing as our dealership is wanting way to much money for repairs/service/maintenance. I'm getting pretty good at it, this is new territory though (strut assemblies). if the ball joint boot is torn and/or the joint gets dry it can squeak. I would get someone to turn the steering wheel to make it squeak and listen to try to find where its coming from.
