Prius 2014 Plugin setting up fuel price

    How do you setup fuel price on the Toyota Prius 2014 Plugin? Attached is my setting. From the youtube video. My doesn't show gasoline price, fuel consul disp, comp. consumption display option. Has anyone figure this out? Is that because the Plugin with NAV is different?

    the 2012 pip doesn't have this. not sure about the '14.I find it odd, how inconsistent toyota is. maybe all mfg.'s?

    It's not listed under the options menu? I'd think even the plugin Prius would have it since it does use gas.

    Nope. The attachment is my setting screen. The video is what the dealer show. I think that for regular Prius

    I haven't figure out how to set it up under setting. If you figure that on your 2012 Prius Plugin. Please let me know. I am very interested.

    I'll walk you through as best I remember.

    Use the display button on the steering wheel to get to the SETTINGS screen (shows the date). Press and hold the button until the menu comes up.

    IIRC the display button will bounce you down 1 line at a time with each press. On my Prius, there are two screens. On one of them is one that lets you set the fuel price.

    To exit, you either leave the button alone for several seconds (time out) or you scroll to the EXIT option and press & hold.

    Of course, I'd think you'd be prompted to set the gas price after you fill up the tank...mine does.

    and keep in mind, the people who are saying they have it, don't have a pip.

    I tried and doesn't have it, its a shame TOYOTA !
    Surely it can be fixed with a software update.....

    toyota displays are severely lacking. if it weren't for the mpg's...

    Total shame! It would have been cool so I can compare my MPG with my older car.
