Twice we have experience our touch screen freeze up. Last time close to our Dealer, stopped to show lead service tech. He is going to call Factory. Thinks it is software bug. Fixes itself by cycling power on car.
You can also fix it by holding the radio's power switch (NOT THE PRIUS POWER SWITCH) for 3 seconds. The radio/Nav will reset quickly. If you have a Nav route entered, it will resume. /Jim
I have the same problem on mine. I think the Bluetooth connect to the iPhone 6 has something to do with it and using the steering wheel control.
