Love everyone's wheel set ups and I hope my posting here brings this thread back to life. Well I'm going to be trying something completely different I'm going to be trying to fit 17x8.5 corvette c4 "sawblade" wheels on with adapters. Planning on rolling the fenders and coilovers. Hopefully to have pics of progress of wheel fittment. Wish me luck!!! Plus don't care about losing MPG I drive 15 miles a day if that.

Wow! Very Clean. I also looked at the RPF1 wheels. Nice choice on size...especially since the are fairly light compared to most 18" wheels. How much of a MPG loss did u experience as you only went with a 205 tire unlike my wider 215?

Any issues with the Gen3 wheels? Direct bolt on? I've been thinking about either taking the wheel covers off or getting Gen3 wheels for my Gen2… VERY NICE looking Gen2 you have

5x100 - perfect bolt up match. Those particular G3 wheels are actually a bit heavy compared to the 15" or 16" we use on the G2. You will notice a loss of mpg's but honestly it would be worth it to me - that G2 looks awesome with the package 5 wheels. Good luck finding a good deal on used ones. I've looked - they're not cheap.

Just wondering what the tire size will be on these 19x9 wheels.

Put a deposit down on a local set of wheels, brought one home to do some fitment testing, I think they will work with some different tires.

Cool! It will be interesting to see if you can tuck that wheel in the front fender w/o rubbing once you lower it.

Here is a Gen3 with the SSR SP1s running 215/35R18s

Jeremey, It should be pretty clean when it is all said and done.

    *edit*
I plan on running 225/40/18 V12s unless that ad for Toyo T1Rs isn't dead.

    Not in these photos.

My spacers for the stock wheels are 15mmF and 25mmR, I would like to try and run the 15mm on the rear SP1 because that would give it absolute flushness with the fender (flush is my goal) but pushing the rear out that much will create some other problems with rubbing and will likely require me to dremel some of the metal body where the body meets the rear bumper, there will be trimming of the bumper and liner as well. I won't know until I get the new tires, and lowering spring installed. I also may buy a 10mm spacer as a precautionary backup.

The front won't/can't take a spacer, it pokes maybe 1-2mm. Although there is some extra back-spacing between the strut and wheel to accommodate a 9" up front, things get tight when turning at a full lock. I tested with this 255/35 Eagle F1 and when turning to the right the edge of the tire would catch the liner (turning to the right the rear of the tire was fine). I think this will be alleviated with the new tires as it was only a few MMs of clearance and it was right at the forward/outer edge where the new tires and their narrower width and tidier sidewalls will make all the difference.
