Hi All: New to this forum, which has been great so far. I purchased a new 2015 Prius about 3 weeks ago. My USB was working fine whenever I plugged in my iphone 6 but this past week, it stopped working. I've tried several different lighting cables, some of which were genuine Apple products and some of which were after-market with no luck. The first time it happened, I tried resetting my phone and that did the trick but since then, it has not worked. I know the iPhone 6, and especially the lighting cables, are finicky but it seems odd to me that it worked for 2 weeks then nothing. Any thoughts or help would me much appreciated! Thanks!
Have you tried a different device (e.g. ipod, itouch, android, flash drive)? If yes, then this is not normal. Since you have the car for three weeks you should have the dealer check and repair it for you.
