Not too sure what insurance will think about that one. :c Ran off the road in the heavy snow today. Damage is from a street sign.
As long as you have comprehensive coverage you should have no problem with the insurance, other than having to pay the deducible. Glad you're OK!
Is the estimate by insurance appraiser or bodyshop? New or salvage parts? Looks like significant suspension damage.
wow, almost looks totaled. how fast were you going? isuppose you're not used to driving in snow in your state!
The appraisal was done by the body shop and it's new parts. They said it was all cosmetic damage. Frame wasn't hit at all. I was thinking the same with the suspension, but apparently it wasn't damaged.
Ok, likely then just the picture is deceptive: it looked like the wheel was on an unnatural angle. If it's untouched, that's really good news. Keep in mind still, when they start opening it up they may discover stuff. I do not know still: looking at the picture that wheel looks messed up, lol. Stay positive, good you're ok.
