Post-database apocalypse thread - 2014 Edition

So tapatalk is over? I'm getting notifications of posts on my iphone, but I can't open them.

 

Danny keeps promising to fix it, but it's been over two months now and Tapatalk is still not working.

 

In regards to mobile site vs Tapatalk, one useful feature is posting images. For example when I posted a photo of damage to my Prius C, it was very easy using the app to pick the photo from my gallery and post it directly. Doing so via the mobile site would require many more cumbersome steps.

In general Tapatalk requires less loading time over unreliable mobile data because it doesn't waste any data loading interface elements. The app provides the interface and it pulls the necessary data from the site. Without extraneous page loads it's a much smoother experience. I can get in and out of the information I want much faster, and this means I come back more often.
