I"ve search but not been able to find a link to a spec listing of the JBL Greenedge system in the v5 ATP package. Anyhelp?? I want to add a sub, most likely a powered under seat model. Perhaps the Kenwood KSC-SW11. Any suggestions?
Most likely you'll need to use a sub with speaker level input. The JBL system uses a simple multichannel amp and proprietary connectors. There's no sub output or crossover in it.
That is what I'm imagining. Was hoping to find a link to the wiring specs on the unit... Where is the amp located in the vehicle? I"m still trying to determine best route to install a powered sub..... Thanks.
Thanks...I guess I need to get down on my knees and start hunting around. I wasn't aware of that as many people have talked about mounting subs under the pass. seat.... Hmmmmmm....
Under the drivers seat. Update....The Kicker Hideaway Kicker 11HS8 Hideaway™ compact powered subwoofer: 150 watts and an 8" sub at Crutchfield.com sub is fantastic!! Of course, I've not had a passenger yet with it on. They may feel otherwise....I may just tell them it is a special massage chair.
