New to me prius! Damage questions.

    hello! First time prius owner here. I have a 2007, package 5 I believe. Has all options except 16" wheels. I bought the car with side damage and have repaired most of it.

    I replaced the driver door, and replaced the manual lock with the original one.
    But the smart button on the damaged door was no good.

    So my smart button is not programmed, and I don't know how to program it. Is that a dealer only thing? The passenger and hatch smart buttons are working perfect.

    I don't think it needs to be programmed. it could be bad, or you might need to double check your wiring-- make sure its hooked up.

    Good idea shovel head. I do remember one of the plug ins were broken, but I made sure that all pins were seated. I'll doublecheck that.

    Prius guy, my prius is Silver and I am in Oregon.
