I got my red 2006 Prius less than a week ago, and I am starting to look into modifications. I would like to power my electric cooler in the cargo compartment. (I have gotten used to using it in the back of my CR-V.) Has anyone installed an additional 12v power outlet in the cargo area? Are there kits or instructions already available somewhere? Thanks, 3trackmind

You can get an outlet in just about any auto parts store. You just have to make sure you want it constant 12v...and do not accidentally leave it running!
