TSB for lowbeams replacement

    Both my lowbeam bulbs went out at the same time on my 2011 back around 48k miles. I believe I read there is a TSB on this issue along with a strange engine rattle at startup.

    I asked the service rep to look into both issues. He's repsonse...." I think thats only up to 36000 miles not under 60000 mile powertrain warranty. If you want us to check it out it would be a charge."

    Im at 57k miles. At what mileage do the free TSB services stop?

    Yes i did. That is for recalls though not tsb.

    unless they do extended warranty, i think the tsb is just an fyi. for the startup knock, i thought they extended it. but if not, your best bet is to let the engine shut off before powering down.
