Hey everyone! I just purchased my 14 Prius C and its the first car ive decided to install HIDs on. I ordered the Kensun H11 Lowbeam set. I hooked them up and they will not turn on at all. The bulbs and ballasts are good because i ran them on my buddies GM pickup battery no problem to verify. Any and all input is appreciated as i have no experience with HIDs.
try flipping the plug that plugs into the socket for the car, it seems like import cars tend to have this issue.
I agree, the plugs might be reversed even if they fit correctly the first time. The main plugs coming from your car to the ballast.
Yes! I had the same problem, and when I flipped the socket, lights came on! Also trouble shoot to make sure you didn't blow a fuse!
