Hey I'm new here on the forum and got a question. From what I've read this is common on priuses with hid headlights. The passenger light will randomly go out and will come back on if you turn the switch off and back on. Sometimes it'll go a while before it does it or other times 2 miles down the road you just never know. I called a Toyota dealer and he said it was probably the bulb itself and of course wanted 200 bucks to change it, but I'm not convinced that is it. I'm thinking it could be the ballast. Any input would be appreciated.
Yep, the beginning of the end of the bulb. I had the same thing happen. Bulb change will remedy the issue.
