    I'm here, I'm here, sorry! All the excitement of the last couple weeks hasn't left me with much computer time (ie: grandfather dying, finding out I'm pregnant, dealing with my boss b/c I'm taking vacation time this week even though it's been planned for a month, etc). I'm here now, but leaving in a few hours for the mountains in my dirty dirty car. He's been bad...playing in the mud or something like that. Now he gets to play in the snow. :D :D

    Hopefully in a few weeks, I can officially be a Cool Chick with a Black Prius. The newest arrival to our family should be here in about 6 weeks! The way gas prices are going here in SE Texas I cannot wait!! Has gone up 10-15 cents in the last week...ugg!!!

    My wife gets in the club - she drives our black one and is definitely way cool. I know of at least one other potential member here in Malibu too.

    And where can I get a newf that doesn't drool?

    Wow...that's two more...soon to be cool chick with black prius parrothead and mrs. ribb!
    I think that's 8? 9? Not counting Sasha, Cameron and ribb's friend in Malibu.

    I gave up my black Liberty for my Prius too. Love that car. Love how it drove over any pile of snow Mother Nature could drop. Didn't love the really crappy mileage though.

    I thought I saw a celeb-rag photo of Cameron filling up a silver Prius? Or does she have more than one, or maybe she got a new one?? She's a cool chick nonetheless, regardless of her Prius color choice. :)

    Mine is a 4x4 and I had it a 10K feet within two weeks of owning it (Valle Vidal region of New Mexico, north of Red River) Later we were on a 4x4 trail a few days later and passed an old Willys (Jeep). The driver slams on the brakes, yells "Mines the great granddaddy of yours" and drives off...Missed a photo op there. Cool thing is we are going back to Red River this summer and hopefully we will be able to take the Prius. Just don't think we will be going up to Valle Vidal in the Prius, gonna have to take the parent's Suburban since it is a 4x4.

    As for mpg...averaging 17-19 mpg depending on where I am driving to and which way the wind is blowing!

    So, I've lurked a bit. I am the newfound owner of an '06 Prius that I just picked up today...yes I'm a chick, and yes it's black, so I guess I'm here! And, btw, I'm a Hokie and fellow Parrothead, too...I'm glad to see ya'll there!
